IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW ATHLETES:

For new athletes, please fill out the contact form (bottom of page) for admission into the academy. Once the form is completed, one of our staff will reach out to start the interview process.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

Cancellations (and reschedules) can be made on www.1991tfa.com using your customer profile login.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled booking will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.
  • In the event of a no-show or if the booking is not cancelled within the specified timeframe, the full booking amount will be charged.

Reschedule

  • Reschedules within 3 days or more (in advance) of the scheduled booking are accepted on our website.
  • Reschedules made less than 2 days of the scheduled booking will require Coach approval. Please email askcoach@1991tfa.com for reschedule requests less than 2 days from booking date.
