Cancellation/Reschedule Policy:

Cancellations (and reschedules) can be made on www.1991tfa.com using your customer profile login.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of the scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days or less of the scheduled booking will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.
  • In the event of a no-show or if the booking is not cancelled within the specified timeframe, the full booking amount will be charged.

Reschedule

  • Reschedules within 3 days or more (in advance) of the scheduled booking are accepted on our website.
  • Reschedules made within 2 days or less of the scheduled booking will require Coach approval. Please email askcoach@1991tfa.com for reschedule requests less than 2 days from booking date.

Camps

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled camp will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled camp will receive a 25% refund of the total booking cost.
  • In the event of a no-show or if the booking is not cancelled within the specified timeframe, the full booking amount will be charged.
